Summary About the Position: This position is located at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE), with US ARMY Armor School (USAARMS) Armor Branch Proponent Office Ft. Benning, Georgia 31905. The Maneuver Center of Excellence" is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Al. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training. Public transportation and free parking is available. Responsibilities Serve as organizational developer with responsibility for major phases of complex Tactical Ground Maneuver force structure development. Develop the organization in support of Tactical Ground Maneuver DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities) capability development. Identify, isolates, and resolves technical force structure issues within and related to the Tactical Ground Maneuver sphere of influence in order to combine and augment into the Total Army Force structure. Monitor and represents the Tactical Ground Maneuver in the Total Army Analysis planning, programming, and budgeting process. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience with force design and force structure development involving tactical ground maneuver force structure development and tactical ground maneuver unit organizational design.
