Responsibilities

Randstad currently has a great Healthcare Call Center Opportunity available in Fairfax, VA.

This is a 100% onsite position in Fairfax. The call center is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, and shifts will vary.

Please note required training will be held for the first 60 days from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. After that, you will transition to a shift schedule. You will be notified of your schedule a month in advance and the shifts will fall between 7am-7pm.

Responsibilities: Take inbound calls from patients and assess their needs efficiently to transfer the call to the appropriate department. Provide general information regarding hospital services and offerings. Page doctors on patient's behalf. Make PA announcements across hospitals.

Qualified candidates must have healthcare/medical experience. Experience in hospital call centers or as a hospital receptionist is preferred.
