ROLE SUMMARYThe Senior Manager, IandI MA Capabilities is an exciting new role within Global Capabilities Team in IandI Medical Affairs. The Senior Manager will lead innovative, complex, cross-functional learning projects on behalf IandI of Medical Capabilities team that result in the stated deliverables on time, within budget, and with the full engagement of therapeutic area partners. Working closely with Medical Academy Lead, the Senior Manager will develop and implement best-in-class e-learnings to help IandI Medical Affairs colleagues globally be experts with a deep knowledge of our medicines and the Inflammation and Immunology therapeutic area.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESIn order of importance, indicate the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role.
