Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst & CRM Lead Super User following an internal move. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing visibility to the business to enable management to make strategic decisions. You will work with various functions across EMEA such as Marketing and Finance, with contacts at different levels of the organization including VPs. You will travel on occasion across EMEA.

You will be dedicated to our EMEA Medication Management Systems team (MMS), which provides products and services that support medication management and healthcare analytics. MMS helps improve care and lower costs for providers and their patients, from the hospital pharmacy to the patient bedside with high added-value products such as our Alaris infusion pumps and automated dispensing systems Pyxis and Rowa.

Job Description

As Business Analyst & CRM Lead Super User reporting to the Pricing and Strategy Manager, EMEA, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain reporting tools and processes to enhance the visibility and management of the MMS EMEA business (e.g. tracking and monitoring price performance and trends, country dashboards, monitoring low margin sales, etc.). You will support the EMEA price approval process by developing and maintatining tender review tools and supporting the deployment of a new tender management system as well as the associated pricing processes and guidelines within SalesForce.com. You will also coordinate approval escalation and will be instrumental in developing new pricing strategies and guidelines. You will provide ad-hoc analytical support for product launches and business cases and will develop and maintain win/loss and competitor intelligence reporting.

You will also provide Salesforce.com (SFDC) support for the MMS European and country teams in the following ways:

  • Training

  • Developing and enhancing reporting capabilities and further integrating SFDC into business processes

  • Monitoring SFDC usage, measuring uptake, and enforcing compliance

  • Evaluating SFDC competency of country teams and central marketing; identifying training needs and train new users

  • Supporting the Monthly Operating Review calls through the creation of SFDC dashboards and reports

  • Evaluating and escalating issues/change requests that country teams identify

  • Maintaining user and training documentation in line with new releases

  • Supporting the consolidation of the MMS business on one version of SFDC

  • Attending regular SFDC Core Team meetings and ensuring that the needs and requirements of the MMS business are fully represented

About you

To deliver the performance that we are looking for, we need a degree-level educated professional with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working in analytical data management with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, ideally within a multinational corporation (experience in Medical Devices is not required though it would be a plus).

A very strong communicator, you are able to translate data into meaningful recommendations to share with the business. Analytical and data management skills are your key asset, as well as strong planning skills to be able to coordinate projects. Process-driven, you are focused on delivering results for your organization. You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.

Experience working with SalesForce.com would be a very strong plus for the role, however we will consider your profile without experience with the tool if you are eager and a fast-learner.

This role will ideally be based in Eysins, Switzerland (BD’s European HQ) but we are open to applications from candidates who are located in other countries and are not prepared to relocate.
