Director of Nursing - Everett, WA
We are seeking a Director of Nursing for our non-profit Assisted Living facility in Everett, WA . We need a true leader who can inspire those around them to do and be their best, helping to develop a cohesive team. Our client is creating a positive, culture-focused environment so that our clinical staff can provide the best possible experience for patients and their families.
Qualifications
Unencumbered Washington RN license
3-5 years of experience as a DON (will consider less experience for the right candidate!)
Experience with surveys in Washington State
Skilled Nursing experience
Experience with surveys, specifically in Washington state (preferred)
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, and staff nursing resources
Ensure staff have the resources and support they need to provide the best care for residents within Skilled Nursing and Long-Term care environments
Assist with staff training
Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
Compensation and Benefits
Salary up to $150,000-$160,000
Performance bonuses of up to 10% of base salary
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and STD insurance, and 403b benefits available 1st of the month after 30 days
Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
Relocation assistance available for the right candidate!
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
NO On-Call
Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage
