Director of Nursing - Everett, WA

We are seeking a Director of Nursing for our non-profit Assisted Living facility in Everett, WA . We need a true leader who can inspire those around them to do and be their best, helping to develop a cohesive team. Our client is creating a positive, culture-focused environment so that our clinical staff can provide the best possible experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Unencumbered Washington RN license

  • 3-5 years of experience as a DON (will consider less experience for the right candidate!)

  • Experience with surveys in Washington State

  • Skilled Nursing experience

  • Experience with surveys, specifically in Washington state (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and staff nursing resources

  • Ensure staff have the resources and support they need to provide the best care for residents within Skilled Nursing and Long-Term care environments

  • Assist with staff training

  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary up to $150,000-$160,000

  • Performance bonuses of up to 10% of base salary

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and STD insurance, and 403b benefits available 1st of the month after 30 days

  • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays

  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate!

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

  • NO On-Call

  • Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
