Staff Accountant Our client is a mobile healthcare company searching for a Staff Accountant to take over their primary accounting functions. This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential candidate eager to fast-track their career with key accounting responsibilities in a growth-centric environment. This role, though supplementary initially, offers opportunities for expansion in your responsibilities and professional development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing internal and external financial statement reporting, managing accounts receivable collections, supporting accounts payable management, and managing payroll. Additional tasks include reviewing bank reconciliations/statements, answering accounting and financial queries, understanding differing business segments, reviewing invoice tagging, and maintaining organization value by keeping data confidential. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, working with confidential data, and have robust time management and prioritization skills.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, preferred

• 2-3+ years accounting experience, payroll expereince is a plus

• Technically proficient with QBO, Bill.com, ADP, Microsoft Suites (Advance Excel skills)

• Strong verbal and written communication with an eagerness to learn with a very high level of autonomy
