We are hiring for a Job Cost Accountant for a great company in Estacada, OR!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of Accounting experience in Construction or Manufacturing industries

• Accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable or payable

• Analytical and communication skills

• Vendor management experience

• Familiarity with Accounting Software / ERP Systems

Responsibilities:

• Job Costs management – documentation, tracking, analysis, reporting

• Pre-verification charges are correctly assigned to projects

• Identifying corrections to costs and project assignments

• Invoicing government contract projects– analysis of all costs, analysis of contract performance, analysis of contract invoicing terms and allowable costs, document and provide any supporting documentation

• Partner with Project Managers on job completion schedule, report job costs, report profit and loss, provide any supporting documentation

• Other government contracts’ business related responsibilities as requested
