Global Technology Release Delivery Sr Project Manager will be a member of the North America PMO team who plans and drives execution of workstream/team activities as defined in the 1ADM methodology in support of the overall program objectives and timeline

Key Skills

• Partners with Enterprise and Release Workstream Leads to lead the team through planning and execution of their Playbooks with active stakeholder engagement and buy in

• Ensures accurate and up to date tracking and reporting of execution against plan

• Provides clear forecasting of consolidated resource supply and demand (including internal, business and partner resources) across all release demands. Partners with workstream leadership on sourcing strategy and supporting commercial activities and highlights any staffing risks or issues.

• Consults with Workstream Leadership on Procurement needs during project planning and ensures procurement and invoicing processes are followed for any external spend required by the project

• Identifies and manages any concerns, risks, issues, project dependencies, and project conflicts to the PMO and appropriate leadership in a proactive and timely manner

• Ensures that project deliverables are reviewed and signed off in accordance with schedule and commercial objectives

• Facilitates pre- and post-mortem activities for workstream/team in the spirit of proactive risk management and continuous improvement

Additional Requirements

• 10 years of experience, with a proven history of scheduling, managing, leading, and delivering projects from inception to close; demonstrated ability to identify and motivate resources, with the right skillset, to deliver the project scope.

• Experience in large scale transformation program, ideally other SAP transformation programs

• Experience in project managing activities typical of the assigned workstream in a similar program (scale, complexity)

• Apply project management leadership principles to drive project progress, resolve conflicts between stakeholder groups, and pro-actively manage issue avoidance and resolution.

• Ability to mentor and train other project managers and analysts to build a strong collaborative environment and advance the value realized from project management.

• Delivers on project objectives and metrics (Waterfall) or product goals (Agile) while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and apply a consistent cycle of improvements through retrospectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer or Information Science

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Supply Chain + PMP Certification + ScrumMaster Certification City*:
