What do you contribute?
In your new role, you will be responsible for our CEA system COMOS-ET, which is used to create circuit documents for our high-speed trains (e.g. ICE 4), trams, metros and regional transport vehicles.
You will optimise efficiency and effectiveness when using COMOS-ET in e-engineering and provide the tool for users.
You will advise the engineering departments on the realisation and implementation of enhancements and requests.
You will develop training concepts, create training documents and conduct training sessions for COMOS users.
You further develop the tool by adding interfaces and customising the application (e.g. with Visual Basic or C++).
What do you bring along?
You have completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship and have also completed your technician certification in the field of electrical engineering.
You also have several years of professional experience as an electrical design engineer, ideally in the field of transport technology.
You have basic knowledge of product data management and processes, as well as of an e-planning tool (e.g. COMOS, E3, E-Plan, ELCAD, Engineering Base).
Knowledge as a system administrator is advantageous, but not necessary.
You have a basic knowledge of programming, e.g. in VB / VBA / C++ and a sound knowledge of MS Office applications, as well as a general affinity for IT tools.
You are experienced in working with international cross-location project teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
You are fluent in English, good German language skills are an advantage.
