Are you a seasoned SAP expert looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our SAP enterprise technology? We are seeking an open-minded and experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions based on the SAP BTP framework. Your expertise will be essential in aligning technology alternatives with business objectives and delivering innovative solutions that maximize the value of SAP BTP for our transformation.

Scope of activities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and design scalable and secure solutions using SAP BTP app development & automation domain elements. Develop architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and technical specifications

• Solution Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of SAP BTP solutions, ensuring adherence to architecture principles and best practices. Accompany and guide the developers during the implementation phase and conduct code reviews

• Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle. Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies related to SAP BTP solution development jointly with the development team

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation within the SAP BTP extension & integration environment. Drive initiatives for an active trend scouting within the BTP solution scope

Skills/Experience:

• A Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, software engineering or business informatics

• Many years of experience in in SAP solution architecture, with a focus on SAP BTP implementation projects within SAP ERP transformation projects

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions based on SAP BTP services such as SAP Build and Integration Suite

• Proficient in SAP BTP development tools and programming languages such as SAP CAP, SAP RAP, SAPUI5, Java/JavaScript

• Highly experienced in IT architecture management processes, methods & tools

• In-depth knowledge in ERP business processes is a plus

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Working in international agile teams and large-scale projects applying SAFe methodology is common
