Lewan Technology, A Xerox Company, is seeking a service and delivery professional to join our growing team. Lewan Technology believes in helping our clients manage their office technology so they can focus on managing their business. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, install and configure copiers, fax machines, printers and machine supplies. Wash, wax and wrap all equipment prior to delivery. Test all equipment after delivery. Check and verify all serial numbers prior to delivery.

  • Have all appropriate paperwork signed by customer and scanned to administrator in Denver and filed locally. Note installing and ending meter reading on all delivery and return tickets.

  • Drive and maintain the company truck, including oil changes as instructed, and keep cab and rear of truck clean and orderly.

  • Pick up and deliver equipment and supplies to Silverthorne, Glenwood Springs and outlying areas as needed. Also responsible for making deliveries in the Denver-metro area as needed.

  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, to include sweeping and trash removal. Trash removal is done on Friday mornings.

  • Inventory all equipment the 1st of each month and supplies weekly (Friday mornings).

  • Assist with formal inventory and audit every Quarter.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must drive Lewan vehicles safely and courteously

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Required to pass a DOT physical upon hire and annually

  • 1 year of driving experience preferred

  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license

  • Motor Vehicle Report required annually

  • Strong customer relations skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines

  • Highly motivated and reliable self-starter

  • Ability to self-manage and work independently

  • Must drive Lewan vehicles safely and courteously

  • Ability to drive to customer sites daily and meet all delivery deadlines

Minimum hourly salary of $17.00 + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits. Subject to negotiations based on additional factors such as exact location, skills, qualifications and experience.
