Raytheon Technologies Intelligence and Space (RI&S) Engineering is seeking a Processing Technology Solutions Director to join the Science and Technology group.
The Technical Solutions Director will develop the Processing Technology strategy – documented via roadmaps – to provide support of RI&S Product Lines.
This role will be responsible for the successful, on-time, on-budget technical execution of the RI&S Processing IRAD portfolio.
The Technical Solutions Director will provide support to product lines in business pursuits, capture and execution.
This role will interact with RI&S Engineering leadership and technical subject matter experts to develop strategic offerings. This role will represent RI&S to Enterprise Engineering and will provide technical inputs to support the Enterprise Engineering Domains.
Work products will include white papers, concept of operations, technical bids, studies and other artifacts as required to communicate and demonstrate technical solutions and roadmaps.
•Minimum of 14 years’ experience; preferably in a complex and dynamic engineering program or operations environment
•Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Engineering, Technology, Science, or Mathematics)
•Strong proficiency in partnering in matrixed organizations
• Must have deep expertise in Processing technology, as well as management experience in this area.
•Demonstrated understanding of engineering discipline, processes, and development execution
•Demonstrated results in a research and development environment.
•Demonstrated proficiency in business development
•Strong proficiency in developing and presenting Strategic Plans, AOP, Technology Roadmaps, and planning to senior management, and responsibility for executing approved plans
•Meaningful communication and collaboration skills
•Demonstrated expertise with proposals and white papers
•Position may require some amount of overnight travel.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret US Security Clearance
Master’s Degree or higher
Active Top Secret US Security Clearance
