Robert Half International Director of Compensation in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Description

Are you an experienced Sr Compensation Director ready to contribute your talents to a growing complex organization? Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional with deep experience in Compensation to fill a critical interim role.

Areas of Responsibility include:

Designs, implements, administers and maintains corporate-wide compensation programs, policies and procedures, including job evaluation and market benchmarking.

Maintains market competitive salary guidelines.

Oversees the administration of a market-based salary review process/system, which includes the process of collecting, analyzing, interpreting and distributing data for compensation decision-making.

Leads and oversees the annual salary administration, focal base pay and bonus review processes.

Partners with HR leaders who consult with senior manager regarding compensation matters.

Required Skills:

12 or more years in human resources, majority within Compensation

5 or more years of management experience

SAP experience preferred

Broad, in-depth knowledge of compensation, evolving technologies, and best practices

Strong knowledge of the market, trends, regulations and economic environment

Advanced problem solving and analytical skills

Advanced analytic skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Strong leadership and influencing skills

Good interpersonal skills; experienced executive communication skills

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience

CCP, CSCP preferred
