The Quality Services Team works closely with clients to enhance the Quality Measures Engine and continue to remain in compliance with NCQA certification, meeting key deadlines and milestones, and as a partner with NCQA on policy clarification. NCQA certification is also an integral part of health organization accreditation programs and the certification seal brings a formal acknowledgment of integrity for quality performance. The ability to perform integrated quality and clinical analytics for comprehensive, end-end insights and services.
The Business Analyst/Performance Measures Analyst will be responsible for building performance measures according to regulatory and client requirements, measures certification execution, support program increment initiatives for non-deliverable/deliverable items, and author and maintenance of stakeholder and client documentation. The role will be in collaboration with strategy and technology partners and would require the ability to communicate requirements effectively to ensure measures results and auditing are successful. The role would also be the first in line for triaging measure variances and system failures in order for tech partners to identify root cause of any unexpected results.

Certification responsibilities include and are not limited to interpreting NCQA HEDIS Technical Specifications for quality performance measures and build measure requirements, work with developers to build python functional code, and perform data analysis in order to update measure requirements to meet certification expectations
Work with data integration of a HEDIS software engine and impact for downstream reporting tool/data repository
Intermediate SQL knowledge in order to understand coding/syntax required for helping developers understand expected coding requirement for python code for acceptance criteria
Use subject matter expertise in measures development to quickly identify data analysis opportunities and fixes for measures coding and expected results for certification during rigorous certification timelines
Comprehensive understanding of certified software engine integrated into reporting system in order to identify dependencies and risks across integrated products and capabilities

3+ years of HEDIS subject matter expertise
3+ years working with a quality performance measures engine through certification process with NCQA
3+ years business analyst experience working with technical team identifying requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and quality assurance testers
3+ years working with data integration of a HEDIS software engine and impact for downstream reporting tool/data repository
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Administration or related field or
4+ years of experience with a measures engine with an associate’s degree

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900.
