Sarnova HC, LLC Pricing Analyst - Bound Tree Medical in Dublin, Ohio

The Bids and Contracts Team is responsible for selecting, qualifying, responding and submitting bid opportunities and maintaining contracts for Fire and EMS departments, State and Local governmental agencies, Universities, and other target markets. The Pricing Analyst will complete the company’s response to bid specifications and contract proposals. They will initiate product selection, refine pricing strategy, compile compliance requirements, and finalize bid submissions within the required timeline. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure bids are submitted timely and contractual requirements are fulfilled.

  • Review terms and conditions and act to mitigate any unfavorable requirements.

  • Complete item selection process to match bid specifications.

  • Utilize competitive intelligence and price items within applicable department guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Regional Directors on proposal strategy.

  • Finalize bid proposal documents and deliver through the applicable method.

  • Evaluate bid tabulations and market intelligence to maximize win rate and profitability.

  • Analyze pricing/profitability data and make recommendations for business decisions.

  • Process bid renewals in order to maintain profitability in accordance with contractual terms.

  • Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in pricing, bids, analytics, or deal management.

  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting multiple deadlines.

  • Capacity to manipulate large data sets within Excel using vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Aptitude for innovation and process improvement.

  • Must be able to work cross-functionally within an organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
