Job Purpose and Impact
The Direct Sales Executive (Polymer Additives) will, with guidance, sell directly to the consumer or business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will conduct face to face and remote sales with new and existing customers, assist in evaluating customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Actively indulge in new business development activities with current and new customers.
With guidance conduct market research and pricing, sales and merchandising activities.
Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
Protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
Support business growth by disseminating favorable information about the organization and its products and services.
Actively collaborate with technical team at customers for new business opportunities and continue to develop long term relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Chemical Engineering/ Polymer Engineering Degree
Minimum of three years experience in plastic processing or sales specialties & additives or masterbatches/polymer compounds within the polymer industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Middle East/GCC Market Experience (preferably Saudi Arabia markets)
