What you’ll achieve:
As a Services Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing Dell’s Professional and Enterprise Services portfolio within your assigned account set. You will focus on sales within our OEM business division. Working closely with the OEM core Account Managers and Systems Consultants you will target, create and close demand for Dell’s Services portfolio. You will work with OEM customers in your region, helping them go to market with robust Services solutions allowing them to deploy and support their customers around the world.
Focus on selling Support, Deployment and Consulting services to OEM customers and partners through strong customer relationships and building Services knowledge in OEM Sales Teams.
Engage at multiple levels within Dell accounts to identify areas of opportunity to position solutions including Support, Deployment and other solutions which combine HW and SW with current services.
Engage in account planning to form a strategic game plan for Services growth.
Collaborate across multiple functions including Core, Dell Services and Solutioning and Proposals organizations to translate customer needs into customer facing Statements of Work and Proposals.
Have the ability to understand new technologies and service offerings will be crucial as acquisitions are added to the portfolio.

Have a minimum of 5 years related sales experience.
Have a deep knowledge of Client and Enterprise Services with particular emphasis on Deployment Services, Support Programs and Consulting.
Be strategically excellent and have agile organizational skills.
Have the ability to understand a client’s business, technology and process needs, and translate that understanding into actionable, industry-leading services solutions.
Possess advanced knowledge in building customer relationships and to assist customers in developing business solutions using Dell specialized products and services.
Enterprise Systems experience preferred
Have a broad-based knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding.
