Summary

Provides comprehensive professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, installation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients. Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.

{=html} <!-- --> - Provides, as subject matter expert, guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client\'s business.

{=html} <!-- --> - Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.

{=html} <!-- --> - Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to: - Design - Plan - Implement - Validate and Test - Document - Provide Knowledge Transfer - Troubleshoot - Support

{=html} <!-- --> - Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis\' clients.

{=html} <!-- --> - Works with Logicalis\' clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.

{=html} <!-- --> - Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities. - Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

Equivalent combination accepted.

Education

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field.

Experience / Technical Requirements

  • 8 years of Cisco technical experience, including design, implementation, and support of Cisco Unified Communications solutions, in the following:

{=html} <! - --> - Cisco Core Voice/Collaboration - Cisco Unified Communications Manager - Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence - Cisco Emergency Responder - Cisco Expressway / Collaboration Core / Edge (Mobile/Remote Access)- MRA - Cisco Unity Connection including unified voice messaging - Legacy PBX Integration - Unified Contact Center - UCCX and UCCE - Cisco WebEx Calling (Multi-tenant and/or Dedicated Instance) - Cisco WebEx Contact Center - WebEx App (Chat / Meetings / Calling) - Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing and/or Operator Connect - Consulting background focused on Cisco Collaboration solutions and Microsoft Teams Voice - General networking background supporting and troubleshooting Cisco Telephony/Voice solutions. - Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

Certifications

One or more of the following:

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Collaboration (CCIE Collaboration)

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Enterprise Infrastructure (CCIE Enterprise)

Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise Infrastructure (CCNP Enterprise)
