Amazon Corporate LLC Specialized Sales Operations Leader in Denver, Colorado

AWS Sales is seeking a Specialized Sales Operations Leader to work with theWW, APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan Specialized Sales teams to continuouslyevolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make businessrecommendations to senior management based on those analyses - all in anenvironment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This will includeworking with the Specialized Sales leadership to develop, implement andmanage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies thatoptimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives.The Specialized Sales Operations Leader will act as a trusted advisor toSpecialized Sales leaders, leveraging data and analysis to land businessinsights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business. Your insightswill drive incubation and growth for some of the newest and most innovateofferings in the AWS portfolio. You will drive improvements to the reportingtools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase theavailability and granularity of actionable data to their customers. Thisposition also manages the administration and execution of the team'stargets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goalattainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns andproposing improvements to the Business to increase its effectiveness indriving desired results. This position will be responsible for managing therhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews,Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.The successful candidate must be able to roll-up his/her sleeves, and workdirectly with the models/data. He/she will be passionate about theirwork, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solvingabilities. He/she will be experienced at working with large data sets andthe technical tools needed to work with them. He/she will have superbcommunication and customer-relationship skills, outstanding analyticinsight, and be a passionate advocate for their customers to other internalparties. Active collaboration with leadership in AWS Data Warehouse/BusinessIntelligence, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting,and Compensation will be crucial to the effective execution of theresponsibilities.
