Transdev Field Recruiter (Remote) in Denver, Colorado

Overview

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for driver recruitment in multiple locations across the US in the transit industry. This person must be able to source candidates in challenging markets utilizing your experience, skills, and creativity to attract talent.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule selected candidates for on-site interviews

  • Source qualified applicants and continually feed a pipeline of candidates for multiple locations

  • Communicate effectively with Field and Talent Acquisition management on candidate/pipeline status as well as sourcing and recruiting strategies

  • Accurate and timely tracking of applicants within our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), and maintaining orderly and accurate records throughout the recruitment process

  • Conduct community outreach through job fairs and other organizational presence

  • Maintain a desire to work in a team environment, sharing information and best practices

  • Work within specific metrics and manage weekly reporting

  • Assist with other recruiting responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews

  • Social media, sourcing, and cold calling expertise.

  • Minimum 3 years of successful high-volume recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates

  • High level of proficiency with ATS’s, resume databases, various social media sites, and MS Office
