KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our KPMG Foundation team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Foundation staff to oversee project schedules, project timelines, and manage board documents and grant information (Agreements, MOUs, etc)

  • Create and maintain a structure to organize shared folders and storage for applications, documentation, financial reports, presentations and other files

  • Assist in board & board committee, task force, or special project management from scheduling to preparing materials to follow up

  • Draft board materials as needed (agendas, power point presentations, minutes, etc.)

  • Draft and contribute to presentations and communications about the Foundation for various audiences and decks about Foundation activity for various audiences

  • Work with the Foundation F&A team as needed to create reports or summarize financial information

  • Liaise with departments of the firm to collaborate as needed (i.e. DEI, HR, Community Impact, etc)

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of related work experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience using internet research tools and database management

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook

  • Team player, detail oriented, ability to be flexible and wear many hats

  • Experience and/or passion for community impact work is a plus
