Job Title: Tool and Die Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Tool & Die Technician responsible for setting up and troubleshooting progressive and single operation dies in various sized presses. The role includes machining of parts using manual mills and lathes, tool cutting, various types of welding (MIG, ARC, Stick, & Tig), fabrication, blueprint reading, and operating overhead cranes and forklifts. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Delta, Ohio.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a manufacturing setting that specializes in stamping and producing brackets and metals for specific industrial uses. There are two openings, one for the 1st shift (5 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday and 5 am to 1 pm on Fridays ) and one for the 2nd shift (3 pm to 1 am and 1 pm to 9 pm on Fridays). The role offers competitive compensation up to $35 per hour, with a $0.50 shift premium for off shifts. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position in a non-union environment.
