Major responsibilities

  • Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Making internal recommendations

  • Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Helping with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources

  • Implementing various administrative duties

  • Administering interviews Requirements - Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

    • Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

    • The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Experience with personnel file maintenance

  • Job Postings experience preferred

  • General familiarity with interviewing

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Phone Interview

  • Proficiency in Develop Job Descriptions

  • Practical knowledge of Schedule Interviews

  • Adeptness in Onboarding

  • Solid understanding of Corporate Recruiting
