Your team * As a Development Manager (aka Build Manager) you will be part of our project delivery team that is dedicated to managing IT implementation projects for new and existing clients. Our team includes colleagues from all project-critical roles with a focus on banking software. As a Build Manager, you will be part of major implementation projects, leading the development teams and interacting with both internal stakeholders and clients. Thanks to your experience on previous Avaloq implementation projects you will contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the company. *Your mission * Take ownership and leadership for project developments addressing the business and technical transformation requirements. * Coordinate the resolution of open items and issues, monitor and report on progress * Work in close liaison with the project lead and the internal stakeholders * Strong alignment with the Avaloq program manager in coordination of activities to ensure management of expectations and readiness * Support to the senior management in setting up new projects and business initiatives What you need * Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Avaloq projects, ideally as implementation stream leader. * Good presentation and communication skills in English across different hierarchies * German language skills (B2 level) * Ability to work successfully, both in a team and independently * Proactive attitude with the ability to move forward in a complex matrix organization * Good moderator, problem-solving abilities and facilitator with empathy and team orientation. * Stress resistant and quick in reaction times * Willing to travel * University degree in banking or/and IT related subjects You will get extra points for the following * PMP or PRINCE2 Certification knowledge are considered as a strong plus * Experience in the financial services industry * Proficiency in German or French Now let's talk about perks and compensation We offer high flexibility in regards to working models (e.g. part time and home office models are possible depending on business requirements).
