TEKsystems Helpdesk Call Center in COSTA MESA, California


  1. Must have 1-2 full years of IT Phone Support (Not desktop) within a Call Center environment

  2. Must have used a ticketing system, such as Remedy but any other is fine.

  3. Great communication skills

Contract with possible contract to hire option

Hours must be able to work sometime within these timeframes Monday to Friday 6am to 7am and rotate in a Saturday sometime between 6am-6pm.

Looking for 3 contractors to help jump in to support an IT Call Center and join a team of 25 level 1-2 support. Looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of phone support (not desktop). Calls will average around a volume of 20/day more or less. Support will range from IT password resets, client interactions, some basic networking troubleshooting, printing, remote access support, Office 365, Exchange online, etc.

This role must be onsite in the AO, Costa Mesa, CA office. Degree is not required, only high school diploma.

Interviews with Linda and one supervisor. List the interview availability and they will work around the schedule.
