Minimum/Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Literature or closely related field Evident commitment to educational equity, effectiveness, and inclusivity Demonstrated record of or potential for significant research and publication Position Duties 45% Research: Maintain a strong record of scholarly/creative work; deliver presentations at regional/national/international conferences; publish peer-reviewed research in reputable venues. 45% Instruction: Teach a total of five undergraduate and graduate courses annually in areas of specialization and in alignment with School needs, both in-person and online; advise students to achieve academic success and direct theses; contribute to curriculum development and programmatic growth. 10% Service: Provide service to the School, College, University, and profession; engage in outreach efforts to local, regional, and international communities.
