Description

We have ongoing opportunities for hard-working General Office Clerk that are able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Are you comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results?

How you will make an impact

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.

• Managing filing system.

• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

• Maintaining supply inventory.

• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work

• Complete tasks independently

• Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately

• An success driven teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

• Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft excel preferred
