The role will pay $21.00 an hour and is a long term opportunity with a leading financial firm! Randstad offers weekly pay, direct deposit and health benefits!

Responsibilities

LOCAL CANIDATES ONLY, AS THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE

The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for the users who call our IT Service Desk. Answers incoming calls, tracks all information in a call tracking system.

• Provides investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems

• Installs, modifies, cleans up, run diagnostic programs and repairs computer hardware/ peripherals and software

Pay: $21.00

Duration: At least a 6 months temp-hire

Hours: Must be flexible to work a shift Mon-Sun 6AM-10PM

Call Center roles are NOT work from home/remote positions!

The essential functions of this role include:

• working weekends

Skills

• Help desk (1 year of experience is required)

• Call Center Support (1 year of experience is required)

• Problem Solving (1 year of experience is required)
