JPMorgan Chase Consumer Banking Senior Associate in Columbus, Ohio

Core Responsibilities

Serving as the creative marketing leader driving best-in-class consumer experiences, the following responsibilities are key to the role:

  • End-to-end campaign management that elevates traditional engagement touchpoints and tactics to deliver measurable performance, with a strong focus on Controls

  • Strong collaboration between strategy partners, community & business development marketing team and internal/external execution partners

  • E2E campaign execution, including

  • Leading internal and external agency briefing and creative development

  • Working with external content agencies to collaborate on industry trends, tactics, and user behavior

  • Managing campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters

  • Optimizing marketing/content campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs

  • Collaborating with marketing managers to identify opportunities, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting

  • Collaborating with media and social teams to ensure effective distribution and strategic amplification of content for maximum reach and business impact

  • Ensuring strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed

  • Managing multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, such as:

  • Product and Marketing Strategy team

  • Community & Business Marketing team

  • Agencies for creative development and execution

  • Analytics team to report campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations (if, applicable)

  • Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content


  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign/content management and execution

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Management

  • Proven success using content and omni channel marketing to advance consumer brands

  • A solid understanding of content and marketing industry trends, tactics, and user behavior

  • Editorial and digital channel content development experience and a solid understanding of basic digital design and user experience principles

  • Digital marketing experience with strong executional knowledge of social, paid display, email, and website creative required

  • Manage the details of marketing project execution in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization

  • High ene rgy, solutions-oriented individual with the ab ility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

  • 3+ years of agency/vendor management experience

  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
