The Admin III is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex administrative activities for the On Our Sleeves Executive Leadership Team to support Nationwide Children’s national movement for children’s mental health.

• Supports multiple On Our Sleeves leadership levels – Clinical Director, Executive Director, Sr. Director of Corporate Alliance.

• Coordinate’s meeting agenda, presentation material and meeting minutes.

• Evaluate projects and situation to provide insight on functionality and process.

• Monitor’s budgets including tracking, processing invoices for approve; Proactively manages outstanding invoices and communicates budget discrepancies and spending trends to corresponding directors and supervisor.

• Oversee On Our Sleeves platform promotion material supply and distribution.

• Schedule appointments and meeting locations; coordinates business events. Manages travel arrangements including air reservations, scheduling options, hotel, and car rental. Develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards. Responsible for completion of reimbursement requests.

• Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures. Anticipates problems and proposes solutions in advance.

• Coordinates special projects within assigned department.

• Participate in event coordination that maybe outside of normal business hours.

• Creates moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheet, and visual presentations for projects.

• Collaborate with multi-level Admin support staff to maintain support for the department and special projects as needed.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; business-related or professional development coursework preferred.

Skills: Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment. Must be able to multi-task at a high level without losing focus.

Experience: 3 - 5 years administrative experience preferred. Experience in a health-care environment may be desired.
