Remote Medical Biller/AR (EST/CT Only)

Medical Billing Experience Required

  Core Experience:

• 2+ years of previous Medical Billing or Medical Billing Refunds experience

• Strong healthcare experience in other stages of RCM cycle (claims, coding, patient accounts, some sort of experience in medical billing)

• Knowledge of HMO/PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer requirements and systems.

• Revenue Cycle Management/Accounts Receivable Experience

• Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Minimum of High School Diploma (A.A. or B.A. preferred)

• Must have high speed internet at home, ability to work with no distraction, and have a smartphone

• Must pass speed internet test

A Day in the Role:

Supporting a Telehealth client.

• Remote position assisting with resolution of Self Pay Accounts Receivable and/or Patient Refunds for large client.

• Candidates will be primarily matching what is billed to what the contract is paying

• Claims are pre-coded / Supporting clean claims

• There will be some back-end work required

• Denials, Self-pay, refund work

• Cover the phone lines as needed
