The Job: Our Maintenance Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Performing general maintenance of HVAC

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Carpentry,

  • Drywall,

  • Appliances,

  • Exterior structure,

  • Swimming pools

  • Directing and supervising maintenance staff

  • Purchasing materials

  • Budgeting

  • Snow removal

  • Customer service

  • Promotes quality living for all residents.

  • Direct and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, delegating work, and monitoring workflow.

  • Train and coach maintenance technicians. Good attendance is a must.

    The Details: Our Maintenance Managers should have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • CPO, EPA preferred but not required.

  • HVAC certification required.

  • Bilingual

  • Knowledge of Yardi preferred

  • 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor expertise with 150 units or more.

  • Basic tools of the trade

  • Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.

  • Prior experience working a 200+ Multi-Housing Community.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Familiar with Colorado guidelines required for pool/spa, water heaters, and a/c.

  • Proven knowledge of various aspects of maintenance.

Work Schedule - Monday thru Friday some Saturdays and on call | 9 am - 6 pm or earlier start and end time.
