Our collaborative Corporate Benefits Team works together with HR professionals across the U.S. to ensure our programs are expertly administered and that our plan participants get maximum value. We are looking for a Retirement Benefits Specialist to join our team of professionals who administers our programs, manages our vendor-partners and drives special projects to resolution. Our Retirement Benefits Specialist manages and administers our U.S. Retirement Plan and Supplemental Retirement Plan. This includes weekly administration and ongoing compliance, design, and communications. Job Functions / Responsibilities Compute and administer benefit payments from U.S. defined benefit Retirement and Supplemental Retirement Plans Provide excellent customer service to active employees, vested-terminated and retired participants, communicating benefits, plan rules and regulatory requirements Prepare Retirement Plan election packets for employees transitioning to retirement Review and resolve uncashed benefit payments from trust and recuperate payments as needed Manage participant's early retiree medical program payments Manage the Plan's death benefit payments Collaborate to create and review employee retirement benefits communication materials Develop and maintain operational procedures and process documentation for plans Qualifications and Skills 2 to 4 years of experience in a related role Strong mathematical aptitude Data analytics experience and strong knowledge of Excel Outstanding attention to detail. Excellent communications and relationship building skills Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage competing tasks Ability to work independently with direct supervision Ability to travel for up to a week between one and two times per year Proficiency using Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field required.
