We are looking for a Data Associate for Ad Intel Collection who is self-motivated and excited about gaining valuable professional experience.

Your duties will include:

  • Collection of publications for Brand print advertising.

    Monitoring of Publications to ensure timely delivery for our print indexing teams.

  • Working with our global team members to ensure delivery and troubleshooting issues.

  • Utilizing our proprietary collection and data entry software while providing quality assurance.

  • Report on key process metrics.

  • Monitor and allocate credit card charges on a monthly basis.

  • Assist in improving / developing new processes.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers and other operational teams.

  • Ensure Print ads are found and processed in the most-timely and cost effective way possible.

  • Enter ads into our proprietary system, quality auditing / validation, investigating and resolving issues.

  • Assist or lead special projects.

  • Prepare documents for internal management, external contacts and clients.

  • Organize and allocate credit card spending
