Major responsibilities

  • Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Finding information online using research tools

  • Reviewing data, creating reports, proofreading and editing materials, and preparing presentations

  • Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events

  • Distributing project information to key partners

  • Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents

  • Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications

  • Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress Requirements - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

  • 1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position

  • Great attention to detail

    • Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of database and file management

    • Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Experience with Administrative Office

  • Adeptness in case management

  • Customer service experience desired

  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred

  • Knowledge of data entry

  • Deep understanding of Nonprofit Organizations
