LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LPN - CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

CareerStaff Unlimited is looking to hire an experienced LPN for a correctional facility in Clayton, AL! This9-weekcontract offers40 guaranteed hoursweekly! Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of recent corrections experience, a strong focus on patient care, and feel confident in evaluations and working with a multi-disciplinary team. Hourly compensation: $47

Shift: 7AM-3:30PM

MORE ABOUT THE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LPN - CORRECTIONS POSITION:

• Provide a basic level of general nursing care to forensic clients, patients, and inmates with mental, emotional, or developmental disabilities

• Provide care under the clinical direction of a registered nurse or physician

• The ability to easily integrate into new settings

• Knowledge of various computer systems

• A desire to expand nursing skill set or varied experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THELICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:

• 1 year of corrections experience

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Active LPN license in Alabama
