Citigroup ROHQ - CTI - Senior Business Analyst / Sr. Financial and Business Planning Analyst(VP/C13) in City of Taguig, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Budget Planning.

  • Monthly Outlook and Flash submission, accruals and variance analysis.

  • Expense Management including reviewing PR, maintaining schedule for recurring spend and global charges (APS), etc.

  • Manage accruals, WIP and Prepaid accounts.

  • Financial review with the respective segment owners.

  • Manage project financials and track actual investment spend against plan.

  • Work with CTI leadership team to understand and actively manage risk and performance in the business.

  • Provide oversight on allocations to the Singapore legal vehicles / franchise.

  • Drive IT optimization within the teams to meet Productivity Targets.

  • Engage with local Telco vendors to manage monthly Telco billings in Pinnacle including business allocations and managing disputes.

Qualifications:

  • More than 7 years of financial and business analysis experience, preferably in a Technology Infrastructure environment.

  • Good analysis skill and data gathering skills.

  • Meticulous with numbers.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and fluent in English.

  • Strong work ethics and ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple parties including the Regional FP&A, Controllers, FRSS, etc.

  • Experience working with senior managers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
