Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Shift: Full Time, Days

Job Overview: The Recruiter identifies and attracts top talent to The Christ Hospital Health Network (TCHHN). The Recruiter partners with leaders to create and execute recruitment plans (including the identification, development and oversight of sourcing relationships, advertising, marketing, social media and external organizations) to attract and identify candidates that align with TCHHN’s core values. This position collaborates with the HR Business Partner to understand the key people metrics of assigned business area in order to attract and retain talent.

The Recruiter may perform the following duties:

  • Manages assigned job requisitions meeting or exceeding recruitment performance metrics. Partners with leaders to create and execute recruitment plans, sources and screens qualified applicants, processes candidates for hire (offer, post-offer, etc.).

  • Collaborates with business leaders to understand position specifications, works to gain an in-depth knowledge of open roles to include experience, skills, hours/shift and behavioral competencies needed for the highest success in each role.

  • Understands and leverages data; incorporates data into recommended action plans, monitors results of sourcing techniques/activities—adjusts where necessary, monitors recruiting results, market data, etc.

  • Collaborates with internal and external partners and resources; partners with HR Business Partners on key searches/hires, works effectively with Compensation & Benefits as it relates to offers of employment.

  • Proactively sources candidate pipeline, using a variety of techniques and resources including (but not limited to) social media, current employees, previous/current applicants, hiring events, community partners, schools/colleges.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience and education required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

    Experience: At least two years of Human Resources recruitment experience required.

    Required Skills and Knowledge: Must be able to demonstrate past success with the creation of internal/external talent pipelines, creative sourcing strategies and effective social media tactics. Ability to demonstrate superior relationship building, critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and communication / presentation skills required.
