Aerotek 1st Shift Machine Operator (Entry-Mid Level) in Chino, California

Machine Operator

Electrical cable manufacturing company seeking production workers to operate machines on 1st shift! Currently needing workers available for 10-12 hours shift until company catches up on production.


  • 1st shift, 5AM-3PM

  • ($18/hourly)

  • Mon-Fri (Some Saturday's)

  • Contract-to-hire

* Must be open to working 10-12 shifts as needed, attendance is EXTREMELY important! *


  • Machine operator is very entry level however will be responsible for 6-8 machines

  • Loading and unloading product in twisting machine

  • Load and unload machine with wire to cut to measurements

  • Wraps wiring with aluminum materials

  • Runs wire through coiling machine


(Required) Minimum of a High School Degree or GED

(Required) Steel toe + metatarsal shoes

(Preferred) Experience working in manufacturing environment

(Preferred) Bi-lingual in English/Spanish

* The person for this role must be a willing learner and possess a great attitude! Right now, with production being behind, candidates for this role need to be ready to work 12 hour days during the week. Absence, tardiness, leaving early from work in first 21 days with company is subject to termination of employment. *
