HyDy, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks to hire a US Allocations Lead - Senior Manager contribute to the growth and expansion of Heyday\'s brands, owning most aspects of supply chain operations. Key responsibilities will include owning inventory management, supply chain execution, logistics coordination with global partners, and developing processes/tools to enhance supply chain activities. As a member of the operations and supply chain team, the individual plays a pivotal role in shaping the way the company develops and operates globally. Specific responsibilities include: manage a team that is responsible for the in-stock and logistics management for Heyday brands by maintaining target in-stock levels by channel, and optimizing logistics and distribution costs to support brand growth and sales initiatives; execute on strategic and tactical activities such as operations/supply chain redesign, vendor diligence and on-boarding, cost analysis, SOP development, workforce, and logistics transitions; build and launch strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes; initiate and lead business improvement projects relating to operations and supply chain of our brands to help reduce cost, position for growth, and streamline processes; spearhead supply chain visibility new tool onboarding, testing, launch and adoption of new capabilities across the entire Supply Chain Organization; lead program(s) to define efficient account consolidation and inventory management; partner with Brand Leads to enable new channel and geographic launches; collaborate with third parties to maintain strong relationships and targeted inventory management; manage key production timelines with suppliers, monitoring the global movement of goods, and replenishment activities to Amazon or other strategic channels; ideate and build processes for scale and enable continued growth of Heydays brands. May work hybrid. 40 hours / week. May work hybrid. Must possess a Masters Degree in Engineering, Science and Technology Entrepreneurship; MBA; Supply Chain Management; Logistics; or closely related field. The position requires 24 months supply chain management experience, plus some network planning experience, R programming, visual basic, SQL, MS Office, Tableau, Google Suite, Power BI.
