AmergisHealthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would beinterested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additionaldetails of the contract are below:

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Chicago, IL

PayRate (Local): $75 to $78 per hour (Depends on experience)

TotalTravel Package: $3,358.00/week

Mustreside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package

• Taxable Wages = $1,720.00/week

• Weekly Housing Allowance = $994.00/week

• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week

  EstimatedWeekly Take Home after taxes= $2,928.00

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week, 5x8 hour shifts

• 8:00AM to 4:30PM

• Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist

• IL PT License, BLS

• ASAP Start
