• Support annual and long-term financial planning processes. Ensure global alignment between strategy, planning, and One JLL.

• Deliver global analyses on business financial results, market landscape, and key performance drivers to support JLL’s long-term strategic goals. Identify research and develop analyses that can help inform strategic decisions.

• Create complex financial models and driver-based sensitivity analysis packaged as succinct and decision-oriented outputs to support global strategic initiatives, organic investments, M& A opportunities, and capital allocation strategy.

• Evolve and manage robust analytical tools that help drive effective data analytics, benchmark performance, identify trends, analyze metrics and provide recommendations that will enable quality performance management discussions and facilitate better decision-making with firmwide leaders.

• Develop and maintain a portfolio review process that consistently and iteratively assess investments for strategic alignment, performance, and resources or capital prioritization.

• Produce business cases ensuring all material investment decisions are understood, rigorously challenged, and supported by appropriate financial analysis to maximize return on investment.

• Proactively build relationships across the organization, developing solutions to business issues, and help advance FP& A’s capabilities and service delivery to drive JLL's growth agenda.

• Bring thought leadership and innovation to the FP& A function and share best practices.

• Provide ad hoc analysis, modeling, and research to support business decisions as needed.



• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CPA a plus.

• 7+ years of progressive experience preferably in a Big 4 consulting or internal corporate finance or consulting unit.

• Experience in a large and global public company, preferably from a global professional services firm or similar environment.

• Background in and strong desire to develop in one or more of the following areas: strategic planning, operational and performance improvement, strategic insights with strategy development process, and M& A and deals process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required

• Proven strong understanding of financial modeling practices, corporate finance concepts, decision support analytics, strategy frameworks to help drive business outcomes

• Experience in large data sets and applying and using the latest finance and business intelligence technology – Oracle ePBCS, Tableau, OneStream, and/or other toolsets

• Eagerness to work with a lean team in a complex organization that requires strong critical thinking, sense of urgency, flexibility, and commitment to excellence and quality.

• A self-starting problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple projects, manage time effectively, establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and interpersonal sensitivity.

• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.

• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
