Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Chicago, Illinois

Description

Candidates who love providing excellent customer experiences will be interested in Robert Half's new Customer Service Representative position. Patient, articulate, and highly-skilled candidates are being sought to support a financial services company in Chicago's Loop. Candidates will be expected to patiently walk applicants through registration processes over the phone, all the while providing stellar customer service. This 2 month contract role will meet onsite Monday - Friday and will be starting in early August. Apply today!

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Receive and place telephone calls

-Assist callers with any questions or concerns patiently and professionally

  • Field and send written business correspondence

    Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Microsoft Office knowledge required

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
