Account Executive - SaaS Sales: Binwise Sprout QR

Location: Remote, can live anywhere in the US able to work in Central time-zone

Type: Full-time, Base + Commissions, Stock Options, Full Benefits

Salary $38,000 - $45,000 depending on experience. OTE $68,000 - $75,000

  • Big plus 1-2 Years experience in SaaS subscription-based software applications. You will be selling our new digital menu product, SproutQR.

  • If you don?t have SaaS experience, you must demonstrate knowledge of the differences between selling SaaS and other products/services.

  • You have a proven track record of achieving quota, daily/weekly/monthly activity goals, research, and pipeline development goals.

  • You handle objections and overcome rejection with charisma and courage.

  • You?re comfortable in utilizing sales automation tools, Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc. and have developed good ?CRM habits? in using/updating them throughout your sales day.

  • Highly disciplined, with an incredible work ethic in every job you?ve held. Every one of your past managers should say you were the hardest working person on their team.

  • You explain tech in easy to understand, welcoming terms.

  • An excellent listener.

  • Fearless - not afraid to ask questions and not afraid to offer feedback up, down, sideways.

  • A giver; you celebrate others successes with glee, you volunteer, regularly, continuously. You look for causes to donate. You believe that a company enriches itself and its culture when it fosters giving.

What You'll Do - Job Duties:

  • Outreach: Cold Calls + Prospecting Emails to book demos (50% of your day).

  • Conduct Demos - (25%).

  • Research + Follow up + Send Contracts + Update Salesforce (25%).

  • Consistently maintain an accurate forecast.

What You Need - Job Requirements:

We aim to set you up for success. To help us do that, it?s ideal if you possess the following skills:

  • Experience selling via phone/video calls and email. You?re an experienced SDR/BDR ready for that next step or a recent AE looking for your next challenge.

  • Prior SaaS subscription sales experience is a plus. At a minimum, you must demonstrate you have studied the nuances of selling SaaS.

  • You have a history of exceeding quota expectations.

  • You are the absolute best person you know regarding timely follow up.

  • Proficiency in sales automation tools Salesforce, SalesLoft, Google docs, sheets, etc.

  • Exposure to startups.


  • Love sales and desire to learn is more important than a formal degree in sales.

  • Regardless of your educational background, you must be a constant knowledge seeker and explain how you grow your knowledge.

  • Commitment to lifelong learning - you have a thirst for learning everything about marketing and would love some direction.

  • Mastery of written English.
