Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Pershing Pointe apartment community in Cheyenne, WY. This is a Tax Credit property with 188 units.
This position will pay up to $23 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do
The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community’s residents.
Skills and Requirements
Three to four years of related experience and/or training
Ability to work independently
EPA or HVAC certification is required
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
