REQUIREMENTS: Commercial Drivers License B (CDL), must be at least 18 years of age (due to CDL requirement). Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, and motor vehicle record review. Prior experience not required. High school diploma not required. JOB DESCRIPTION: Safely operate a heavy duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Perform pre and post trip inspections. Report any unsafe situations or service calls. Participate and cooperate in all scheduled training, briefings and meetings as required. Communicate customer requests or issues, report blocked containers, potential missed pickups or problems that arise on the route. Completely dump all containers and leave customer locations clean and free of debris. Follow route assignments throughout the day and complete all documentation when checking in at the end of the route. Complete all other duties as assigned.
