Agile Apps Dev Intermed Prgmr Anlyst – Java – C11
This is an Agile Intermediate Programmer Analyst in the Universal Collections Desktop Development team (UCD). The ideal candidate for this position must have good technical knowledge, creativity, and technical vision in developing, implementing, and troubleshooting distributed applications on various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Interact with Citi Onsite technical / Business teams to review the scope of the work.
Provide analysis, custom code development, and troubleshooting in the design, configuration, testing, and production support of one or more Citi technical solutions.
Interact with Citi Onshore and Offshore teams, assign work and accept the deliverables.
Report status of assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical background and analytical skills.
Experience in distributed systems and client\server system
5+ experience in coding Java, J2EE architecture, WebSphere is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in Angular
1-2 years of experience in Oracle database\SQL
Experience with Agile concept, and JIRA is a plus
Experience with Eclipse IDE is a plus
Experience with Bit Bucket or any other version control software is a plus
Good knowledge in using VISIO and Microsoft Office tools
Credit card business knowledge is a plus.
Very good written/oral communication skills
Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated with a proven ability to drive technical troubleshooting efforts
Professional maturity in dealing with all levels of management and staff
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
