EquipmentShare is Hiring a Facility & Property Account Manager

EquipmentShare is searching for a Facility & Property Account Manager for our office in Chattanooga, TN, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • You’re ready to immerse yourself in all things EquipmentShare. You have the hunger to learn all you can about the inner workings of our construction technology company, and you’re a highly motivated person who can take on the challenge.

  • Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing operations and administrative support. He or she will be heavily involved in the daily workings of our finance, accounting and operations teams.

  • Focus on ensuring compliance and providing support for EquipmentShare's new markets and existing properties.

  • Communicate with vendors, third party services, and various other EquipmentShare departments to relay pertinent information as needed. Most communication will be over the phone.

  • Support executive leadership on a variety of projects, such as reports, budgets, presentations, and more.

  • When necessary, prepare expense reports and other timely reporting.

  • Serve as an advocate and a representative of the EquipmentShare brand.

  • Track deadlines on multiple projects and hold others accountable to deliver on expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You’re comfortable managing busy schedules and working in a fast-moving business environment.

  • You have executive administrative support experience. Experience in managing and coordinating business travel is preferred.

  • You have the desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, which means you’re organized and able to juggle projects of competing priorities. You have the mindset and personality to complete work on deadline and motivate yourself.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and feel comfortable speaking on behalf of executive leadership.

  • You have a high attention to detail, and comfort adhering to company policy and standards.

  • You have fantastic phone etiquette, and you’re a great listener.

  • You are a reliable and trustworthy individual with a “can-do” attitude.
