OneSavings Bank PLC iSeries Support Administrator in Chatham, United Kingdom

In this role, you will be supporting critical live services and will be expected to resolve incidents in a timely manner to keep the lights on.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Monitoring of tickets raised by business users and the environment day to day

  • Incident management: all support requests raised to be managed within agreed service levels

  • Information management: sharing knowledge and creating an information bank to be accessed by all team members

  • All change requests and project deliverables being delivered within agreed timelines and in line with change management policy

  • Monitoring of the applications on the IBM estate as well as the Halcyon message alerting tool and LogAgent security tool

  • Receiving post implementation sign off from the business that delivery into production has been successful

  • Running regular processes to update the system for tax year end, inland revenue returns, financial year end, monthly interest and month end

  • Liaising with auditors for documentation and information requests

We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £30,000 - £35,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

  • Previous work experience in application support and working with production iSeries environments

  • Robust understanding of incident and problem management and a good understanding of service desk tools

  • ITIL qualifications are beneficial
