Integer Senior Materials Coordinator in Chaska, Minnesota

Leads Kanban administration duties including signals, electronic BOM's, basic supply strategy decisions and material pull systems. Leads lean material flow and inventory management initiatives in a proactive manner. Audits Kanban system throughout the facility, on a regular basis, and issue corrective actions to the system. Devise methods and SOPs to achieve effective and efficient movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining minimum inventory investment. Anticipates and communicates current and potential problems, solutions and opportunities for plant management action. Assists Operations planning by monitoring and verifying inventory levels. Set-up and maintains plan-for-every-part and recommends material system strategy based on sales and forecasting date. Schedules reports. Orders product directly from the supplier to ensure material is received within the required timeframe to meet schedules. Interfaces and coordinates between manufacturing, procurement, engineering, finance, and suppliers regarding schedule requirements and changes. Leads/participates in cost reduction, process improvement and quality improvement teams. Performs other functions as required.
